As Full Service laboratory, you can count on us for expert technical support and flawless fabrication of the following services:
Ceramics: We have created thousands of award-winning smiles using the latest all ceramic restorations for discriminating dentists nationwide, whether it’s using e.max or foil (feldspathic) you can be confident that are talented ceramists will create a custom smile that your patients will fall in love with.
Full Mouth Reconstructions: We create a step-by-step game plan before thinking about starting a full mouth rehab by designing a diagnostic waxup, offering a prep guide to fit the needs of your patient so once the provisional’s are worn we can understand what a patient can and cannot tolerate.
Crown and Bridge: We offer a variety of materials from the traditional PFM to the latest in metal free such as zirconia, e.max and composites like sculpture fibrekor. For a detailed list call us to learn more about the products we offer.
Implants: With our 3shape and Nobel Biocare scanner we can design for single, all-on-four to full-arch custom abutments in zirconia or titanium, we offer an all-inclusive pricing on our implants which saves you money when choosing to use our lab on your next implant case.
Removables: Our denture department offers a variety of materials and step-by-step procedures starting with a bite block, to the setup and process of a denture. If you’d like to learn more or have questions make sure to give us a call.
Partials: From chrome frames or metal free partials such as valplast, acetal clasps, attachments and more. let us know how we can help.

James Hartzel, DDS/CDT
Dr. James Hartzel, Owner of Excel Studios, he is no stranger to the dental laboratory industry, he first began his career in dentistry as a Wet Fingered Dentist from 1982 to 1997. He then purchased a dental laboratory and was involved in the production, sales and creative marketing behind its six year success.
He returned to Dentistry in 2003 and in 2010, the love of dental technology pulled him back into the laboratory business as New Owner of Excel Studios.
